ZONING Program and Weight Loss
Lets face it. We’re in the 21st century. We don’t have to physically work for our daily food. There is no more hunting or gathering. We don’t have to walk or cycle more than a few hundred feet unless it is of our own choosing.
Today we hunt for sport. Cultivate as a hobby and eat for pleasure. Why? Well, back to our instincts. It is in the DNA. We are literally programmed to eat when there is plenty because the next famine can happen at any time.
Right, we all get it. There is plenty of food, no reason to physically work and you are not reading this to be told the obvious.
Good then you are ready for ZONING. Once again it is about the awareness. Once you become aware of how your effort levels change with time after you start ZONING -- so to will your awareness of how much and what kind of food your are eating.
ZONING is all about our mind and body,
Just like we assess our effort; blue, yellow and red, we assess our diet. How does that amount of food make us feel? Once you actually start paying attention you may find that there are foods that make you feel better than others. Awareness!
